🚀 Account Manager at SEM - Bridging the Gap Between Clients and Performance Marketing Operations! 🚀

Join us at SEM as an Account Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for clients and a link between their goals and our performance marketing operations.

 Responsibilities:

  • Being the primary point of contact for clients in your portfolio and identifying opportunities to grow existing revenue.
  • Understanding the objectives of brands in your portfolio, regularly updating internal teams, and monitoring performance according to objectives.
  • Taking primary responsibility for budget management of brands in your portfolio. Allocate the budget across channels/campaigns (primarily Google, Social Media, and Programmatic) in line with client goals and monitor budget consumption regularly.
  • Staying well-versed with all client campaigns and constantly questioning how these campaigns can be improved in line with business and marketing objectives.
  • Working closely with clients to research solutions that increase reach, impact, and conversions for campaigns.
  • Proactively and regularly updating clients on campaign progress and performance.
  • Regularly informing clients about new products, features, and advertising opportunities.
  • Mapping the organizational structure of clients, being familiar with this structure, and knowing individuals who influence budget decisions.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of one year of experience for the Account Manager role and a minimum of three years for the Senior Account Manager position, with relevant experience in brands or agencies.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated skills in time management and problem-solving.
  • Strong ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with managing campaigns or budgets on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
